Elegant Villa with a beautiful terrace full of flowers and view towards the Laguna. Just In front of you is a promenade along the island. Hotel's personnel - a gentleman at reception, was very kind and welcoming, we got early check in and it was so sweet and comfortable. All reception personnel was very friendly and helpful during our stay. We got water taxi to airport very fast in the morning without booking it in advance, a boat arrived just infront of the hotel In 10 minutes. Breakfast and dinner In the garden where romantic and tasty compairing to many restaurants we tried In Venice before. It was a great pleasure to listen live piano music in the hotel salon full of beautiful art pieces and Laguna's sunset shades from the windows. Lido is a beautiful and peaceful place to stay In Venice and get to Biennale. We enjoyed everything!

The beach was just a short walk away, and it was absolutely amazing—clean, serene, and perfect for relaxation. Overall, Hotel Villa Mabapa exceeded our expectations in every way. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and luxurious stay in Lido, Venice. We can’t wait to return!

Fantastic location and a real bonus to have private pontoon for water taxi. Beautiful view of Venice from across the water. Room was very spacious with plenty of storage. Breakfast had a great selection of cold buffet style choices. Outdoor seating in the front garden was lovely and we especially liked the outdoor bar which had a great selection of drinks at reasonable prices. Free use of bikes was appreciated and we enjoyed being able to cycle round the island. Having access to beach parasols and complimentary beach towels was also very helpful. The free water taxi to Murano and glass factory tour is a Must Do for everyone. Staff were helpful, knowledgable and always available. This was our second stay and we'd have no hesitation in recommending this hotel or staying again in future. It offers amazing value for money.

The front desk clerk greeted us warmly, took our bags to a storage closet, pointed out the toilet to freshen up, informed us of a free taxi boat to Murano for a complimentary glass blowing demonstration at 0945 and invited us to have breakfast Within 10 minutes of arriving, he informed us that our room would be ready in 20 minutes. Our room was immaculate and beautifully decorated. When we checked out the next morning, my husband suggested we might return for our 10th anniversary. He'll get no objection from me!

You get plenty of perks with your hotel stay too including free bike rentals and you can even get your laundry washed for a small charge! The staff are super friendly and attentive. Great selection at breakfast and the cleaners are very efficient. Absolutely loved our stay 10/10 would book again if we ever return to Venice
